What is hypnotherapy?
Hypnotherapy is a process of working with our unconscious mind through focus, relaxation, and imagination. I will combine my experience in psychotherapy and hypnotherapy during my practice.
Am I giving up control during hypnosis?
No, this is a common myth that most people have. This perception may be caused by entertainment-oriented media such as movies, dramas and stage hypnosis. Hypnotherapy is a scientifically proven method to help us with personal development. We are still aware of what is happening around us during the process. Clients are still in complete control on their behaviour. Our defence mechanism will kick in to protect us if the instruction given is against our value.
